Professional notary services with integrated security and privacy. Thirty-six years in finance, government, information technology, and cybersecurity are part of every appointment. Past 60 miles, a remote session is the way to avoid the trip.
One acknowledgment, on a weekday before 5:00 p.m. and within 10 round-trip miles, is the $10 notarial act plus the $10 travel fee. That is an example from the posted schedule, not a package.

Traditional
I travel to your home, office, hospital, or jail with stamp, journal, and ID check.
Remote Online Notary
We meet live on video. There is no travel fee, and I stay in Texas. The session is recorded because Texas law requires it, and the receiving party decides whether to accept the certificate.

Services
Two ways to get it notarized.
Remote Online Notary
We meet live on video. There is no travel fee, and I stay in Texas. The session is recorded because Texas law requires it, and the receiving party decides whether to accept the certificate.
Hospitals and nursing homes.
I come to the room. The signer often cannot leave. The location fee is $25, separate from the notarial act and the travel.
The jail.
I come to the jail or detention center. Entry takes time, and the signer cannot meet me outside. The location fee is $50, separate from the notarial act and the travel.

- Payment is due when you receive the invoice. I release the notarized documents only after that payment is received.
- If you cancel or do not appear, and I do not perform a notarial act, there is no charge. A cancellation is not an official act, so Texas Government Code § 406.024 does not allow a cancellation fee. Travel, time of day, location, waiting, and printing are billed only when the act is performed.
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for every signer.
