Remote Online Notary
RON uses a Texas-authorized platform. You will complete identity proofing, appear on camera in a private space, and sign electronically. The session is recorded because Texas law requires it. The receiving party decides whether to accept a Texas online certificate. The statutory act fee plus the $25 online notarization fee apply to each online notarial act.
