Posted rates for Double E's Notary Services.
Notarial-act fees are the Texas statutory maximums under Government Code § 406.024. The online notarization fee is capped at $25 per online notarization under § 406.111. Travel, location, and printing charges are separate service fees. A quote from this schedule is a high-end estimate, not necessarily the amount billed. Repeat clients automatically receive a 15% discount on future transactions; the quote builder does not apply that discount.
Notarial acts — Texas Government Code § 406.024
These are the maximum fees Texas allows for the notarial act itself. Double E's charges the statutory maximum. Travel, convenience, online notarization, and location fees are separate and listed below.

Remote Online Notary — Texas Government Code § 406.111
An online notary may charge up to $25 for performing an online notarization, in addition to the notarial-act fee. Identity proofing and the audio-visual session are included in this online notarization fee.

Mobile travel and scheduling
Travel and scheduling fees are service charges, not notarial-act fees. Mileage is measured round trip from 3517 78th Dr, Lubbock, TX 79423. The first 10 round-trip miles are included in the $25 base travel fee; each additional round-trip mile is $1.

Location and wait time
Hospital, nursing-home, and detention appointments are charged a location fee in addition to notarial acts and travel. Wait time is $15 for the first 15 minutes, then $15 for each additional 15 minutes. There is no unpaid waiting period.

Additional services
Printing, witnesses, courier, and cancellation fees apply only when those services are used. Payment is due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Payment is due at the time of service. Quotes are estimates until the appointment is complete. If I travel and the signing cannot be finished — missing ID, unwilling signer, incomplete documents — travel fees remain due. See the Terms of Service for cancellation, no-show, and refusal rules.
